Presenter Arlene Stewart visited the community-led station which aims to bring listeners a mix of locally relevant features, news and information, alongside the music that has played throughout their lives.
Station bosses were delighted to host the Landward team, to have the opportunity to show what goes on behind the scenes and to explain why local radio is so important in the media landscape - especially in rural areas where information for the community from the community makes all the difference and is so often ignored by bigger radio operators.
The programme airs tonight on BBC Scotland at 8.30pm and is repeated tomorrow evening at 7.30pm on BBC One Scotland and on Sunday at 9.00am on BBC Two.
