Royal Mail says it provides a vital service at the heart of the neighbourhood and while the job being advertised is a temporary role there may be potential for it to become permanent.
A roadshow to be run by college and career advisers and led by UHI Inverness will take place in Dingwall, Inverness and Aviemore next week to provide young people and their families with advice following release of exam results on Scottish Results Day next Tuesday.
In particular, UHI Inverness is holding a drop in day on its campus on Wednesday 5th August from 10 am till 2 pm with information on courses starting in September including apprenticeships, HNCs and degrees. Teaching staff will be available to discuss details of courses. A further session will be held at Tesco in Dingwall the following day also from 10 till 2.
