A significant grant has been awarded to Gairloch Musuem.
Announcing the news online, Gairloch Museum is to receive just over £80,000 towards their Roundhouse Project from the Museum Futures fund. Museum Futures is a partnership programme developed by The Scottish Government , Museums Galleries Scotland and The National Lottery Heritage Fund Scotland. One of the Communities to receive a grant is Coigach Community Development Company in Wester Ross which has been awarded £95,000 towards the construction of 10 affordable, energy‑efficient homes at Achagarry on the Coigach peninsula.
